Himalaya Imbiss in Bochum

At this small restaurant I always feel like I am in a star restaurant! The boss is an extremely lovable person. He concentrates all his resources on preparing the food as well as possible, which can also be clearly tasted! He saves expensive decorations or advertising, he gives everything he has to make the visit worthwhile for his customers. You can choose any ingredient yourself without any time pressure - there are no given recipes or ready-made mixes. My friend, for example, has various allergies and gets her money's worth here, as does her vegan father! I can only warmly recommend the Himlaya snack bar to anyone looking for good food! Loving preparation is very important here!

I feel sorry for myself because I only got to know the store last night. I feel sorry for everyone who has never eaten here. Fantastic owner, can only agree with those who commented. The ingredients are really fresh! You can watch him prepare his individually desired dishes with a flame over a wok. The fried rice is not as mushy as we usually know it, but really awesome. Like homemade, only umpteen times better because he can cook very well. Vegetables, sauces, ingredients you can choose anything ... The vegetables, such as broccoli, are fresh and crunchy and have a great consistency. The peanut sauce even had whole peanuts in it. Tasty seasoned. The meat also tastes a bit better than others and the tofu is bombshell! This one-man operation is just amazing and he loves what he does. He invests in the food and ensures with his charm and his culinary art that you feel good and want to come back! He WANTS the food to be tasty and you can tell that too! Even during preparation you can smell that the food is really tasty and fresh and that it does not come from deep fryers that have not been cleaned for a week. He also keeps the shop clean and takes care of hygiene! I'll try the fried noodles in a minute - it can only be awesome. I'm in love! I think it's my first review ever. The taste is great and you can see how everything is freshly cooked. The owner / chef likes to talk to his customers which is very refreshing compared to other take out places. The owner is not very specific about the opening times, so that sometimes the door is closed.

We were guided by the good reviews on our Bochum trip. I have rarely eaten so well and authentically Asian. The owner or cook is very friendly and also explains what he does for you if you tell him something about the menu. He also has a funny character. You can see what is being done, everything is freshly prepared. Both thumbs up, highly recommended as it is very tasty and freshly prepared.

Best Chinese takeout, I am a regular. Owner is super friendly. It is currently open from 5pm till 12-1 am. He maintains very clean kitchen and takes time to make dishes and doesn't give out half cooked stuff. 54 Malaysian curry with Duck is yummy.

Just picked up duck in chef's self-made, special Himalayan sauce. Absolutely great stuff. The chef is from Tibet, and apparently knows his stuff.

Fried rice tastes really good, authentic. Not so oily compared to other asian wok imbiss. Super clean kitchen, and nice owner
